Today we visited the Guangzhou Xiangjiang Safari Park/Zoo. It is a Big and Beautiful Zoo that has a Safari that you can take the train or drive through it, but Mei Lin is still too young to appreciate it. It is hard to get her to focus and the attention span is short, but we enjoyed it. See the Pics.

There are 10 Panda’s here at the Zoo, 5 are from Wolong Nature Reserve where the earthquake took place in May 2008 and 5 are from this Zoo. This zoo has the most amount of Panda’s other than Wolong which is where they breed them here in China.

That is so amazing! We never even knew there was a zoo there.
how cute is Rey with lil mei mei!
Gee. I spent 2 weeks in Guangzhou & never heard of the zoo. I wonder why we never went. Oh well.
Even though Mei Lin is too young to appreciate it, you & Rey have some wonderful memories of your own from this day.
